Join us for a fun filled afternoon of running, walking, and dinner (proceeds of the race go to Lithia Springs Elementary School for a new playground for the school its community)...long-sleeved shirts for all entrants.....awards in the 5K for Overall male and female, Overall male and female masters and the top 3 male and female finishers in 15 age groups......awards to the Top 10 boys and Top 10 girls in the 1 mile.

New in 2025 is our "Roll" division in the 5K event (run with the 5K runners and walkers with a 1-2 minute headstart). This category is open to adaptive cyclists, wheelchair athletes, etc. The top 3 males and female finishers will receive an award

5K - 3:00 p.m.

1 Mile - 4:00 p.m.

Dinner - we start serving at 3:30 p.m. - if you need additional meal tickets they can be ordered online ($6.00 per ticket)
