Daily Classes - Monday to Friday Instructor: Ms Yu Wang, Joyful Creations Join us for an exciting and creative week at our Chinese Ink Painting and Calligraphy summer camp! Whether you're an aspiring artist or intrigued by ancient Chinese culture, this camp is the perfect opportunity to dive into traditional Chinese art and writing. You’ll: • Draw with Chinese Writing Brush – Create fun, imaginative drawings and see how water and color mix and transform on paper! • Make Unique Artworks – Paint playful blob monsters that grow tentacles when water touches them—watch your art come to life! • Learn Chinese Calligraphy – Try your hand at the ancient art of calligraphy and experience what it was like to write just like the ancient Chinese. • Explore Pictographs– Discover the fascinating world of ancient Chinese pictographs, where each character is a picture that tells a story. Learn how these early symbols were used to represent objects and ideas and create your own pictographs to express your thoughts. By the end of the week, you’ll not only be a Chinese ink painting and calligraphy expert but also gain a deeper understanding of Chinese history and artistic traditions. Whether you love painting, learning about the past, or expressing yourself through calligraphy, this camp is your perfect creative adventure.
