8 sessions x 75 minutes Friday - Aug 29 | Sept 5, 12, 19, 26 | Oct 3, 10, 24 In this hands-on 8-week clay class, young artists will explore the world of sculpting through fun and creative weekly projects. Each session introduces a new clay theme—as students bring imaginative pieces to life, from colorful fruit bowls and classic coil pots to playful frogs on lily pads and more. Along the way, kids will build fine motor skills, learn the basics of 3D design, and gain confidence in working with clay. By the end of the session, students will have a collection of charming, hand-built creations they’ll be proud to show off! SAMPLE SCHEDULE: 1. Week 1 - Coil pot + sweet treats 2. Week 2 - Heart medallion + fruit bowl 3. Week 3 - Caterpillar + Bird in a nest 4. Week 4 - Snails + Fishbowl 5. Week 5 - Crayon holder + pencil topper 6. Week 6 - Flower bowl + sea friends 7. Week 7 - Clay coil heart + emojis 8. Week 8 - Frog on a lily pad Please note that project selections and their sequence may be adjusted at the instructor’s discretion to best support the learning experience.
