The Even Strength Adult Learn to Play program is designed to ensure a positive experience for women new to hockey. It provides women a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment to learn the basics of hockey. Led by certified coaches, this program is designed for beginner hockey players and focuses on developing essential skills. Participants will learn and practice key techniques such as skating, stickhandling, shooting, positioning, and more. No experience necessary.
