Sign up before May 26th, 2025 to receive a $50 early bird discount. Registration will close on 7/31/25 and players will be placed on a waitlist and a late registration fee will apply if they are able to join a team.

    Select Team Try-Outs (Potentially for Divisions 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U): 8/9 & 8/16
    Practices Could Begin: Sept 1st
    Opening Day: Sept. 6th (tentative)
    Regular Season ends: Nov 8th or Nov 15th

AGE DIVISIONS
USA Softball has changed the birth date cutoff for division determination. There is a temporary option for players that fall within the Sept 1st – Dec 31st birthday range to stay with the players with birth dates of Jan 1st – August 31st, but we will reach out to those impacted families to discuss this option. 

6U – Players born between 9/1/18 – 8/31/20
8U – Players born between 9/1/16 – 8/31/18
10U – Players born between 9/1/14 – 8/31/16
12U – Players born between 9/1/12 – 8/31/14
14U – Players born between 9/1/10– 8/31/12

SNACK BAR VOLUNTEERS
Snack bar shifts are required. However, there is a $200 buyout option available for purchase during registration. A $250 snack bar deposit check will be collected by team parents for those who plan to complete their snack bar shifts.  See complete policy on welcome page

REFUNDS
Upon written request, refund in full (minus system processing fees) will be granted prior to team formations (approximately August 10th). No refunds will be granted once teams have been formed. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
