Learn about the connection between nature and emotional health. This class includes a brief talk, as well as gentle outdoor activities such as strolling and quiet reflecting. Participants will learn how nature can provide ways to support good coping, gain perspective, and help deal with life’s transitions. Accessible to all levels of ability; indoor options for bad weather.
