Through this engaging series, participants will learn about healthy living for brain and body, recognize the 10 warning signs of Alzheimer’s, and gain a deeper understanding of the disease and its impact. Whether you're a caregiver, a loved one, or simply want to learn more, this series offers valuable insights and tools to support brain health and navigate the journey of dementia with confidence and compassion.
