Sunday Sweat Sessions allow you to burn, sculpt and empower yourself. Join us every Sunday for a heart-pumping, 45-minute cardio experience led by certified Ladies of MaxxFit trainer Jill Fininzio! Jill's signature blend of motivation and technical expertise creates a workout environment where you'll push your limits while feeling completely supported. No machines. All results. This high-energy class uses only your body weight to - torch calories, build strength, boost your metabolism and create lasting energy. All fitness levels welcome.
