Flooding can happen anywhere, anytime, are you prepared? Join the Howard County Office of Emergency Management (OEM) for a presentation on flood safety and preparedness. OEM will share information on local flood risks, emergency planning, and available resources to help you and your family stay safe before, during and after a flood.
