Joint Mobility for Active Aging. Special guest, Dr. Won Yoo, Prime Physical Therapy, will be joining us for a hands on seminar about joint mobility and movement. We will focus on decreasing joint pain and inflammation, increasing range of motion, how to protect a previously injured joint and continue to weight train for your health and much more. Join Fitness Coordinator, Sherri Lively as she offers this unique Q&A with one of her good friends and highly rated doctors in the field. Learn new ways to protect your body while continuing to be active at any age.
