Open the Gait – Focusing on exercises and movement to improve your walking patterns as you age. It is time to take a real look at the way we walk. Our gait can slowly decline from a stride to a shuffle. Join Fitness Coordinator, Sherri Lively, as she discusses the progression of walking and how you can improve your balance, mobility and promote proper alignment in your movement. This is an interactive session so be prepared to get up and move. There will be a portion of foot assessments so prepare to take off your shoes and get grounded with your own standing and walking patterns.
