Description
Jump into fitness! Increase cardiorespiratory endurance, balance, coordination, and agility! Class is also great cross training for basketball, soccer, volleyball and other activities. Jump rope fee ($10: paid in cashor $11 paid electronically) for first-time participants due at first class. No class 4/16 Info: Will Dunmore, wdunmore@howardcountymd.gov.
