Pop-Up Group Fitness Class – Kinstretch (Fitness Center)

Kinstretch is a science-based movement class focused on joint health and mobility. Improve flexibility, body control, and increase your usable range of motion with gentle, slow movements performed in a chair. Each session targets movement quality, not just quantity. Build a stronger, more resilient body from the inside out.
