Palermo's cuisine is a true feast for the senses, with a myriad of flavors, aromas, and traditional dishes that reflect its unique history. Join Chef Alba in creating these Palermitan dishes. Menu: Pasta Cavolfiore alla Siciliana, Bell Peppers with Capers and Golden Breadcrumbs, and Polpette (meatballs) with Almonds and Pecorino cheese.
