Description
Dance Fusion with Instructor Sweetie is a high-energy, fun-filled dance workout that blends different styles and rhythms to keep things exciting! With a mix of Zumba, LaBlast, Pop, Bollywood, Country, and more, this class offers a diverse range of movements to keep you having fun while getting a great cardio workout.
