NEW – Summer Featured Class PILATES – (Fitness Center)
Pilates mat class is based on 34 core strengthening and stretching movements meant to mirror our everyday activities such as walking, gardening, reaching and dressing. Participants should be able to move from prone to kneeling to standing. Balance and correct posture are emphasized. A thick mat/yoga mat are suggested along with water bottle, small pillow or towel. Be prepared to have fun in a safe environment. Class is designed for most abilities, modifications are offered and encouraged.
