We are Hosting FREE Tai Chi Interactive Demonstration Classes
May is Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, and we are happy to recognize one of the oldest forms of movements dating back to before 960AD in China. An ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle physical movements, deep breathing and meditation. Come out & join Master Zongqi Xie, 12th Generation Chen Style Tai Chi Inheritor and Founder of the International Center for Tai Chi. Watch and join Master Xie and his team as they perform this beautiful art of movement.
Free for all 50+ members, Go50+Fitness members, Group Fitness Class Pass members and friends 50 and older.
