Experience the benefits of yoga with the security of a chair! Increase strength, flexibility and balance through standing and seated postures. Chair yoga is a modified version of traditional yoga that makes the practice more accessible to people with mobility issues, post injury or other concerns or ailments. Chair yoga includes the same core principles as traditional yoga, such as breathing techniques, meditation, and physical poses. It also helps relieve tension and promotes an overall sense of well-being.
