Fall Equinox Retreat - Monday, September 22nd, 12pm – 4pm.
The fall equinox represents a time to pause, reflect and embrace a sense of harmony in our lives. Join us for an afternoon of yoga, meditation, self-reflexology, gratitude journaling and a spice sensory time of reflection. Come join us for an afternoon of self-awareness in a quiet, reflective environment designed to foster a deeper connection to the present moment and oneself. Limited spaces available. You do not have to be a Go50+ Fitness Member to attend.
