In this course, students will learn how to draw buildings using the principles of perspective, focusing on the use of horizon lines, vanishing points, and proportional accuracy to create realistic architectural scenes. Through guided exercises, they’ll practice one-point and two-point perspective to understand how space and depth are represented on a flat surface. Once they’ve completed their detailed perspective drawings, students will transition to painting, adding color, light, and shadow to bring their scenes to life. The project helps students develop spatial awareness, technical drawing skills, and creative expression through both drawing and painting.
