The emphasis will be on: (1) How to initiate advanced care planning discussions with loved ones; (2) Choosing the right person to speak for you when you cannot communicate for yourself due to a health crisis; and (3) The significance of updating your documents as life situations change. All attendees will receive a complimentary Five Wishes document, which will guide you through the necessary steps and considerations.
