Join us for movement, music, laughter, and connection! Come together in this supportive, community-focused class where you will be invited to engage in chair-based movement and dance for wellbeing. You’ll be guided through simple, expressive movements that range from gentle, fluid motions to bigger, expansive gestures that awaken your body.
