Description

The Sound Bath and Restorative yoga calms the body and mind with the soothing sounds and vibration of singing bowls, tuning forks and other instruments. Each sound bath is unique and designed to take attendees on a restorative, introspective journey. Please bring a mat, a blanket, a pillow/bolster and 2 yoga blocks to make your journey comfortable. If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or have health concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before participating in this class.
