Yin is for everyone! This slow-paced class focuses on holding poses for 5 minutes, targeting connective tissues, ligaments, and joints. Yin helps lengthen and restore these areas of the body that do not receive as much blood flow as muscles. increase flexibility, relubricate joints, reduce pain and calm your mind. After age 30, we especially need more yin yoga to ensure the health of our connective tissue.
