Description

Stand up paddle boarding (SUP) offers a fun way to play on the water, with the added benefit of a full-body workout. And, since you stand at full height on your board, it gives you a unique vantage point for viewing what's down under the water and out on the horizon.
This Clinic is designed to provide paddlers of all experience levels an in-depth look at paddleboarding, proper outfitting and rigging, stroke techniques, and getting around on the water. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or getting on a board for the first time, this class is designed for everyone!
Items to bring with you: • Warm, water appropriate clothing • Hat• Sunglasses• Sunblock• Water Bottle/Hydration• Snacks• Towel• Water Appropriate Shoes• A Sense of Adventure
EPRD will be providing the Paddleboards, Paddles, and PFD's (Personal Flotation Devices), no personal equipment is necessary to participate.
We will meet promptly at 9:45AM at the EPRD Evergreen Lakehouse at the Boat Rental Station. This class will begin at 10:00AM and will run until 11:30AM. In case of Inclement weather, we will reschedule to a later date. We look forward to seeing you on the water!
