Tai Chi is a meditative martial art, which features slow, gentle, relaxed movements and controlled breathing.
All movements can be done seated or standing.
Medical studies have shown this form of Tai Chi reduces pain, prevent falls, improves balance and enhances overall health.
You will learn safe, easy to learn warm ups, cool downs and the 12 foundational movements of Tai Chi for Arthritis. Developed by Dr. Paul Lam, it is taught by certified Tai Chi for Health instructors.
