Description
Adult Training/Stroke workout Improvement/Masters classes at WRC only. Coach Lisa Morrow designs workouts incorporating technique improvement and increased endurance. Sessions help the triathlete and Masters swimmers prepare for competition. Punch cards can't be shared.
