The dances covered in this class are the Foxtrot and Salsa. Please see dance descriptions below:
Foxtrot: A smooth and versatile progressive dance having two distinct rhythms. Often danced to music of the Big Band Era.
Salsa: Add a little spice to your life, with this popular, fiery Latin dance.
