Description

These swimmers will master shallow dive entries, cannonball entries, eggbeater kicks, and in-water backwards somersaults. Surface dives will take them down to underwater swims. They'll refine their front crawl and back crawl over 50m swims of each and breaststroke over 10-15m. Then they'll pick up the pace in 25m sprints and two interval training bouts: 4x50m front or back crawl and 4x10-15m breaststroke.
