This 20 hour course is the last step in becoming a certified Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor. At the completion of this course candidates will be able to teach the Lifesaving Swim Patrol and Bronze Medal programs. Candidates will also be able to teach Basic and Emergency First Aid with the certification.
Candidates must be 15 years of age by the last day of the course and do not need to have a current Bronze Cross or NLS award. 100% attendance is mandatory.
