Please complete the forms below if you have not already done so for 2025. If your child has attended a camp in 2025, you are not required to complete the forms again.

6.1. PROGRAMS (1) Cancellation of registered programs (Swim Lessons, Camps, Courses, etc.) will be granted up to 2 business days prior to the program starting with a $10 administration charge. (a) Refunds will be processed according to the process outlined in Appendix A (2) After a program commences, refunds will only be permitted for medical reasons (Certified medical professional note required). There will be a $10 administration fee and any refund will be pro-rated for classes held. Requests of this type must be made within 1 week of injury and submitted to the Community Services Receptionist/Secretary for processing.
