Step into the spotlight with Encore - a NEW musical theater performance class designed for adults 55 and older. Students explore the joy of theater in a supportive, welcoming environment and learn to strengthen essential musical theater skills including vocal performance, acting, movement and ensemble collaboration. Each class includes warm-ups, scene and song work and choreography focused on a featured production. This session’s featured production is Singin’ in the Rain SR. Encore! is more than learning lines and lyrics-it’s about camaraderie, creativity and confidence. This class is open to all levels as long as there is a love for musicals! This class culminates in two performances for friends and family in the JM Family Studio Theater.
