Description

This 2 hour training is designed to provide an opportunity for females getting ready to enter into college to learn necessary self-defense, including strikes and proper techniques, to minimize injury when defending yourself. Enter into college with a peace of mind knowing you can defend yourself in threatening situations. Fee is $30 per student.
