Description
Got a need for speed? Celebrate your special day on the Oval with friends riding your favourite bike, scooter, skateboard, or more! When you're not riding, take a break for snacks and cake in the upstairs meeting space. We'll even provide "parking spaces" for your gear!Our rental package includes the following:
1. Up to 3 hours of riding on the Oval during our regularly programmed session - this includes admission for ALL riders and parents.
2. Exclusive access to the second floor meeting room with 30 minutes of setup, two hours of party time, and 30 minutes of cleanup. This includes tables, chairs, and a fridge for drinks, cake, and snacks.
3. Exclusive use of the East lobby on the second floor to park bikes, scooters, strollers, wagons, and more. Both of these spaces are ideal for eating and gift opening!
Please note that these fantastic packages are available exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays, and they operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
A few extra details to keep in mind: 1. Helmets are mandatory for all children and highly encouraged for all riders.
2. Attendees must bring their OWN bikes, scooters, skateboards, roller blades, etc. Motorized units are NOT permitted on the Oval
3. No food or beverages allowed on the Oval, please keep them in the meeting room.
4. Caregivers will have access to the meeting and lobby room for the duration of the Open Oval session (1-4pm on Saturdays or 10am-1pm on Sundays). This INCLUDES 30 minutes of setup and 30 minutes of takedown time. Please plan for buffer time before your guests arrive and after they leave.
5. All riders under the ag of 8 years old must be supervised. Please ensure that if your party guests are in this age range that their parents stay to support them while they ride.
