Our friends from Northern Adaptive Sports Association are back with gear to facilitate para hockey! Haven't heard of the sport? Para hockey—an adaptive form of ice hockey where players use their arms to propel a sled.
Think you've got what it takes to give it a go? Come check it out at this FREE session! Sleds, helmets, gloves, sticks, and pucks will be provided!
Hockey players: Bring your helmet, face shield, shoulder pads, neck guard, elbow pads, and gloves if you have them.
No pre-registration required. Just bring clean shoes.
Note: this activity is best suited for kids 8 years or older.
