Join us for our new interactive cooking and meal prep class. Participants will make a meal for two that they can take hope and eat later or freeze. Participants will also be able to have a small serving of what they are preparing during the class.

In February we will be making Lasagna

PALS Program (People at Leisure with Support): A caregiver is required to stay with those needing support.
