Description
As the weather warms and spring rains fill creeks and ponds, aquatic critters take advantage of their rejuvenating habitat after a long winter. The pond at the far end of the Nancy Conway trail comes to life with turtles, frogs, and bird life – all easily viewed from the higher ground surrounding the water. Join a ranger for an excursion to the pond and enjoy the challenge of spotting and identifying these creatures in this unique hike.
