Cardio Kickboxing is a high-energy workout that combines martial arts-inspired moves with fast-paced cardio to boost endurance and burn calories. Set to upbeat music, this class improves coordination, strength, and confidence—all while having fun. What to Bring: comfortable clothes, and a bottle of water. Our highly qualified/certified instructor is excited to meet everyone and will ensure an educational, safe, and FUN experience! This FCPR Fitness class will be held at at Ballenger Creek Community Building. Ballenger Creek Community Building is located at 5420 Ballenger Creek Pike, Frederick, MD, 21703. To access Parking & Entrance, upon entering the Park, make your first right. HOW TO REGISTER: Select “Enroll Now”, choose the participant, and pick the specific dates you wish to attend—only those dates will be included in your fee.
