We have tremendous power to influence our health through diet and lifestyle. As we age, this power is even more impactful if we want to reduce the risk of developing chronic conditions. The Nutrition for Healthy Aging program is a series of classes for adults 50+ rooted in evidence-based science and targeting common conditions related to aging. Each class offers practical take-home tools that incorporate diet, supplements and lifestyle suggestions for long term, foundational health.
