July 26: Range and Mobility Yoga
Yoga for range & mobility offers a low-impact way to focus on stability, increase range of motion, strengthen muscles, and work to reduce pain and stiffness. In yoga, we improve mobility by transitioning through a sequence of postures, synchronising breath and movement. Yoga provides a full body, gentle workout that will give you more energy and help you feel better overall. The pace is relaxed and postures are adjusted to meet individual's needs.
What to Bring: comfortable clothes, and a bottle of water. You are welcome to bring your own mat and any other props you prefer to use in your practice.
Our highly qualified/certified instructor is excited to meet everyone and will ensure an educational, safe, and FUN experience!
