About this event
Advisor: Veerenda Bhora Email: veerubhora@gmail.com Physics is a subject many often make the conscious decision to stray away from, because it is either too complex or simply just doesn’t spark their interest. The BIF Physics Journal is a club dedicated to exploring the fascinating world of physics, where members will collaborate to research and write monthly papers covering a wide range of topics and the lives of majorly influential physicists throughout history. This journal aims not to teach concepts in depth, but rather to explain them vaguely to build intuition and curiosity in physics for readers, from young kids to students, or to anyone curious. We strive to make physics accessible and exciting through engaging narrative-style explanations, sparking curiosity without delving into overly complex details. The club also acts as an opportunity for high school students to do some independent study, run simulations, and publish their findings, effectively allowing trials of how to write short research articles in a low-pressure, collaborative environment.
