Advisor: Alyce Moy Email: alycemoy@gmail.com Members enjoy deep-diving into international issues or role-play in a fictional universe, as well as exploring topics and exercising their negotiation and speaking skills. MUN provides opportunities for younger students to participate at our own BIF MUN Conference (fall) and the DMUN Conference (winter). Delegates research their topics, learn parliamentary procedure, and gain strategies to be effective. We will do mock debates and practice speeches to prepare for the conferences, where members will represent countries or characters alongside other novice delegates. Prior public speaking experience is not needed, while having a curiosity about the world and a willingness to develop those skills are the essentials. (Fees for each tournament registration and supplies will be charged separately.)
