Ages 18+

Body composition is a measure of your overall health when it comes to the percentage of body fat, muscles, and body weight you have. This Full Body Composition Screening will include body fat, visceral fat, body age, body mass index, skeletal muscle mass, resting metabolic rate and body weight.
Each individual will get a private 15-minute screening with an RN and Wellness Nutrition Coach to discuss results and ways to improve!
