Description

Hospice care helps individuals with life-limiting illnesses and their families make the most of the time that remains. There are so many myths around hospice care such as location, environment, diagnosis, and much more. During this session we will discuss in an interactive way the many common myths and educate the facts around hospice care. We will also discuss why so many patients and their families need volunteers for companionship, socialization and respite care.
