Description

A Fun and safe way to exercise the brain and body. Class will provide fun exercises to mentally sharpen the brain while expressing yourself creatively, while making new friends all at the same time. This 6 week class is for those seeking new ways to take care of both mental and physical health in our senior years.

Materials will be some monologues, improvisational duet acting and scripted duet acting. No memorization is required. Come join the fun.
