We will discuss how to create, in your body, a hostile environment for cancer using specific foods and lifestyle practices. The class will also include some of the latest alternative and complementary therapy resources to research if one should receive a cancer diagnosis. Our presenter, Deborah, has been in the Health and Fitness field for over 30 years. She also brings her personal experience with her.
