Description
This class is perfect for adults who are brand new to ballet or returning to dance after time away. Dancers will learn the fundamental positions, basic terminology, and essential techniques in aa welcoming and encouraging environment.
This class will focus on developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence through barre exercises, simple center work, and gentle movement combinations.
Whether you are stepping into the studio for the first time or rediscovering your love for dance, this class provides a solid foundation to build upon at your own pace.
