Description

This class is designed for adult dancers who are currently training in ballet for at least one year and are ready to build upon ther fundamental technique. Dancers wiill refine their skills through a structured class that includes barre work, center exercises and across-the-floor combinations.

Emphasis will be placed on improving strength, flexibility, musicality, and artistry while reinforcing proper alignment and movement quality. This is the perfect class for those looking to progress beyong the basics in a supportive and engaging environment.
