Description
Ages 10+
Are you looking for a unique way to bond with your child? Join us for our first Core & Connect- Pilates Workshop! This 45-minute Pilates session is a great way to introduce your child to the joy of moving their bodies, grow your connection and overall leave feeling stronger and more connected! All exercises are done on a mat.
Program fee is per participant.
