Ages 18+


This nighttime Yoga Basics class is designed with all skill levels in mind! From practicing a whole range of poses built from the ground up, lots of stretching and a bit of restorative Yoga, this class is perfect for those new to Yoga and those who are looking to deepen their understanding of the practice.
Please bring a yoga mat.
Participants can drop-in to a single class- Resident $15 / Non-Resident $19
